Renowned for their ability to discover and launch new faces, they have introduced defining talent of their generation to the international fashion stage. They were also among the first casting directors to help establish street casting within the luxury fashion system, notably through their work with Gucci, contributing to a shift that reshaped the visual codes of modern casting aesthetics.

Their work spans runway shows, advertising campaigns, and editorial projects, developed in close collaboration with leading fashion houses including Gucci, Burberry, Saint Laurent, Celine, Jil Sander, Max Mara, Acne Studios, Moncler, and Zara, among others. Their casting has appeared in influential publications such as AnOther Magazine, Re-Edition, T Magazine, Purple, Double, Self Service, M le Monde, POP, and Replica. They have worked alongside some of the most respected image-makers in fashion, including Harley Weir, Johnny Dufort, David Sims, Oliver Hadlee Pearch, Ezra Petronio, Mert & Marcus, Camille Vivier, Alessandro Furchino Capria, and Peter Lindbergh, to name a few.
